Eating Clean, who agrees or disagree with me? Indeed, it is a very subjective question to those gym goers. To me, I do not really believe in eating a clean diet. No offence to those who sticks to this believe, as I will reveal my own set of stories.
As much as I love to have a superb body, but I am a Food Lover. I have been living with this motto ever since I started to workout. "One does not need to go on massive dieting in order to look good". All it takes to have a great body, life or career will be a set of strong MENTALITY and Believe. It takes 2 to tango anyway.
Weighing at the point where you have to hunt for a "L" size clothes is horrible. Exercising was the ONLY way to shed that numbers off the weighing scale.
How I started to kick start this healthy living? A friend of mine had purchase some local gym voucher at Groupon website and found out that the facility was well equiped. Hence, I decided to joined in and ask whether are they still going.
Then, she found that one of the local gym was having promotion and popped me the question, whether am i still keen. I gave her the "YES" look and there goes the starting of fitness. When I first started, it was not an easy path but I still eat the same way as I did, but in small portion with 2 liters of water daily.
I do not go on strictly Clean Eating as I believe we have only 1 life. There will be no fun if we go on a strict meal.
The 1st month, it was hard and sore plus results are not there. As I continue to strive for a better health and look, the size went down.
The feeling was great and it pushes me to a greater heights. After that incident, I decided to join marathons to push my limits and managed to get it succeed.
Oh, there's another plus point of SWEATING OUT LOUD, you will have a beauty sleep after your workout and also a more radiant skin.
So, Hit the road and start getting FIT, while having an awesome life with good food intake and lot of H2o.
That's the magic in getting a smaller frame.
I hope this help to clear those minds who finds it difficult in getting the right food.
There's no right or wrong in everything you do so long as you are comfortable.
